Thanks to former British astronaut Tim Peake, appearing on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, for reminding us that we will be able to see the NASA SpaceX rocket from the UK later this evening.
According two Tim, we’ll see the International Space Station first, at 21.30 BST, then the SpaceX will be visible at 21.51, both to the south west.
Meanwhile, for more information about NASA’s relationship with SpaceX and the commercialisation of low-orbit space flight, here’s a May 26 article on the BBC website.
